This ‘Terms and Conditions document (“T&C”) governs the end users’ (“You/Your/User”) access to and use of ‘Unekha’ (which term shall be deemed to include the internet and mobile website www.unekha.com as well as its mobile application and any other means to access the same from time to time) and the services offered thereunder.

Unekha is a sole proprietorship firm, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at having its registered address at G 123, Madhura Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (hereinafter referred to as ” Unekha/Us/Our/We”). Through the Unekha Platform, we provide You information concerning events that are organized by own/third-party entities including but not limited to the dates, venue, ticket pricing and other event-related information, and facilitate the sale of tickets to such events, to You. However, when you purchase a ticket for any event, show, or content available on the Unekha platform, then for this T&C, You will be considered as a customer of Unekha only.

This T&C, along with the ‘Privacy Policy (available) which constitutes an integral and inalienable part of the T&C, and any other applicable policies published on the Unekha Platform, comprise a binding agreement between You and Unekha. The ‘T&C’, ‘Privacy Policy and any such applicable policies constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and the relevant rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws.

Your use of the Unekha Platform and the services provided hereunder shall be governed by this T&C as well as any other applicable policies published on this Unekha Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Unekha whether to transact through the Unekha Platform or otherwise, implies Your consent to the provisions of this T&C as well as any other applicable policies, including but not limited to Unekha’s use of any information provided by You for Your use of the Unekha Platform. Unekha hereby reserves the right to modify, add or delete any part of this T&C without any prior written notice/ intimation to You. It shall be Your sole responsibility to periodically review this T&C and all other applicable policies published on the Unekha Platform for any revisions thereto. If You do not agree to any of the revisions made to this T&C by Unekha, You must discontinue further access and use of the Unekha Platform and the services provided thereunder. You agree and acknowledge that such discontinuance of access to and use of the Unekha Platform and the services provided thereunder will render the T&C inapplicable from such date of discontinuance only; however, this T&C will remain applicable to all instances of use by You of Unekha Platform and the services provided thereunder before such date of discontinuance.

It is clarified that terms and conditions specific to an event in respect of which Unekha has facilitated the sale of tickets through the Unekha Platform (“Event”) shall be published on the event page accessible on the Unekha  Platform. Unekha publishes such information as provided by and on behalf of the organizer associated with such an event (“Event Organizer”). In the event of any conflict between the Event-related terms and conditions, and this T&C, the User agrees that the Event-related terms and conditions shall prevail and be binding on the User at all times.
